Dear Visitors,
On our website we would like to share some basic information about the Kingdom of Morocco and Hungary by which the Visitor can gain an overview about the countries’ opportunities, cultural heritage and cooperation possibilities. We emphasize both the Hungarian citizens, entrepreneurs, and the Moroccan citizens, businessmen and students who are interested in economic, investment, tourism, culture, educational opportunities to rely on the Embassy’s services.
Hungary and the Kingdom of Morocco have a historic relationship relying on friendship and universal values of freedom, democracy and human rights.
The economic ties between the two countries are developing dynamically and the strengthening bilateral cooperation is excellent. Morocco is the third-largest trading partner of Hungary on the African continent. We maintain outstanding cultural, academic and scientific collaboration, which are the fundamental drivers of a fruitful cooperation. I will further strengthen these areas during my mission as Ambassador of Hungary to Morocco in our bilateral relations to realize more outstanding results.
I believe in the continuous dialogue, so I take every opportunity in meetings and negotiations for promoting the mutual interests of our two countries.
Hungary is a democratic, free and independent country. Similarly, Morocco is safe and stable and economically is offering booming opportunities and solutions.
I am convinced that within Africa, Morocco will be the future economic center in the near future. That is why I am very pleased to welcome and introduce any Moroccan economic partners to their Hungarian competitive economic businessmen to develop mutual added value. I believe that tourism is the engine of our bilateral trade relations; therefore, I treat it as a high priority of my work.
In Morocco, the Hungarians represent relatively a small number of human beings, but they are actively present. It is really valuable keeping contact with the Hungarian generations because they can fund the future cooperation of our two countries and communities. I do trust in the Hungarian-Moroccan community strength and the achievement of common goals.
In this spirit and dedication I represent Hungary to the Kingdom of Morocco.
H.E. Miklós Tromler
Ambassador of Hungary to the Kingdom of Morocco
